Privacy Policy

What we collect

We only collect what a form on this site asks for. There is no tracking pixel that follows you around the internet, and we do not buy or sell contact lists.

• Consultation and enquiry forms: your name, mobile number, optional email, the city you are in, and the message you write.
• Free guide downloads: your email address, and whether you asked for weekly tips.
• Questions, answers, comments, reviews and stories you post: the text you submit and the display name you choose. Posting anonymously hides your name from other readers.
• A single first-party cookie (ivf_vid) that gives your browser an anonymous id, so your likes and your own posts stay attached to you without an account.

Why we hold it

Contact details are used to call or write back about the specific request you made — a clinic enquiry, a consultation, or a guide you asked for.

Content you post publicly is stored so it can be shown on the site and moderated. Our team reviews submissions before they appear.

What we do not do

We do not publish your mobile number or email address anywhere on the site.

We do not share your enquiry with a clinic unless your enquiry was addressed to that clinic.

We are not a medical provider and do not hold your medical records. Anything clinical you write in a free-text field is stored as ordinary message text, so please share only what you are comfortable sending in an email.

How we measure use of the site

We keep our own record of how the site is used, rather than handing your browsing to an advertising network. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on these pages.

• What we record: pages opened, searches typed into the clinic directory, which clinics, articles, reels and questions were opened, how far an article was read, and which buttons were used.
• What we do not record: your IP address, your full browser fingerprint, your precise location, or the content of anything you discuss with a-IVF. Only the fact that a question was asked is counted.
• Location is limited to the country, region and city your connection reports — never an address or coordinates.
• The anonymous id in the ivf_vid cookie ties a visit to the previous visits from the same browser. If you later give us your name and number, those visits from that same browser are connected to your enquiry so we can see what you were looking at. We never join your journey to a different visitor because a phone number happens to match.
• This record is kept for 180 days and then deleted automatically.
• If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, nothing is recorded at all.
• Only IVFsaathi staff can see it. Names and numbers are visible to administrators only; other staff see journeys without any personal detail.

Where it is stored, and for how long

Data is held in a managed High security row-level access rules, and is reachable only by the IVFsaathi admin team.

Enquiries are kept while they are being followed up and for our own record-keeping afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

Write to support@ivfsaathi.in to see what we hold about you, correct it, unsubscribe from tips, or have it deleted. Clearing your browser cookies detaches the anonymous id from your device.
