The law we operate under

Assisted reproductive treatment in India is governed by the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021 and the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021, together with the rules made under them.

These laws require ART clinics and banks to be registered with the National Registry, and they place limits on who may be treated, how donors may be involved, and how services may be advertised.

What we publish, and what we do not

We publish clinic profiles, treatment descriptions, indicative costs and registration numbers so patients can compare providers. Where a clinic has its registration number (Available in Government ART Website), it is shown on its profile.

• We do not arrange, advertise gamete donation or surrogacy arrangements.
• We do not advertise or facilitate sex selection in any form. It is a criminal offence in India under the PCPNDT Act, 1994.
• We do not guarantee outcomes, and we do not publish success claims as promises.

Checking a clinic yourself

A registration number shown on a profile is the number available in ART Website. Before you begin treatment, ask the clinic to show you its current ART registration certificate and confirm it against the National Registry.

Reporting a concern

If you believe a listing on this site is inaccurate, out of date, or describes a service that should not be advertised, write to support@ivfsaathi.in with the clinic name and what you saw. We review every report and take listings down while we check them.
